About

Oksana Gutka is a creative director and brand strategist operating between Paris, New York, and Los Angeles. Her work lives at the intersection of fashion, luxury, and digital — and her perspective is shaped by years of experience across three continents.

She began her career as a creative director for a luxury e-commerce platform, working with houses including Brunello Cucinelli, Ermanno Scervino, Valentino Red, Alexander McQueen, etc. She then founded and ran her own fashion label for nearly a decade — navigating every dimension of the business from creative vision to production, buying, and digital commerce.

Driven by a desire to deepen her strategic expertise, she pursued an EMBA in Global Fashion Management in Paris — a program developed in partnership with the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and Polytechnic University in Hong Kong. During this time she collaborated with brands including Karl Lagerfeld, Donna Karan, Farfetch, Balenciaga, Schiaparelli, and Salomon.

Today she brings that rare combination — creative authority, entrepreneurial instinct, and business fluency — to the brands she works with.
